We declare that all funds used in connection with our business relationship with OBX Exchange are derived from lawful sources and are not related to corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion or any other criminal activity. We acknowledge that any instructions or transaction requests submitted through our registered contact details may be treated as authorised by us, subject to OBX Exchange&#039;s security and verification procedures.
