Service process
1. Register as a customer
Consult a professional advisor, complete the registration form, and become our client.
Exchange rate
Please complete the OBX VIC customer self-selection list and we will recommend a suggested loading fee.
3. Remittance
On the day of the remittance, both parties confirm the exchange rate, and the client transfers funds to our designated bank account. After the transfer, a remittance voucher should be provided.
4. Provide and check payment accounts
The customer provides correct details of the receiving account. After the transfer is completed, OBX will issue a transaction receipt, and the customer needs to verify the receiving information.
5. Funds remitted to clients
Funds will be remitted to the client's designated account within 1-2 hours. Funds generally arrive within 24 hours. You can also book credit limits in advance to expedite settlement times.
