OBX is a legally operating company approved by the Australian government and is formally registered with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). Your transactions and funds with OBX are regulated and protected by Australian law and AUSTRAC. In accordance with Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act, OBX will, when necessary, request customers to provide proof of the source of funds to ensure the legality of exchange funds.

Our exchange rates are generally 1%to 2%higher than the Bank of China. Please obtain the latest exchange rate from our customer representative on the day of the exchange and lock it in. If the transaction is completed within the agreed timeframe, customers can enjoy the locked-in preferential exchange rate.

When customers request to lock in a price, they generally need to pay a deposit of 10%, with the remaining amount payable the next day. Please note: exchange rates fluctuate in real-time, and once a lock-in is confirmed, no changes can be made to the transaction. Please consider carefully to avoid losses due to exchange rate differences.
